Shipping and Delivery Policy
Digital Downloads

For digital products such as downloadable files, they will be available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. The download link will be sent to the buyer's email provided upon checkout.

Once your order has been successfully processed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive a link to download your purchased products. The link will be sent to the email address you provide during the checkout process. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes of completing your order.
Please note that our products are digitally delivered and are available for immediate download. As such, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once the download link has been sent.

In case you are unable to download your purchased products, please contact us immediately via email or phone and we will resolve the issue.

Physical Products

Once an order is placed for physical products on Acroanim online shop, the order will be processed and sent to our print on demand partner for production and shipping. The estimated delivery time may vary according to the location of the buyer and the shipping method chosen.

The physical products would be shipped by the print on demand partner of acroanim directly to the buyer after an order is placed through acroanim shop.

Acroanim is not liable for any delay or damage that may occur during the shipping process. However, we will endeavor to communicate with the print on demand partner and provide assistance to resolve any issues that may arise.
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address during the checkout process. In the event that the information given is incorrect, the buyer must contact Acroanim immediately, and we will try to make arrangements for the necessary adjustments.

If a package is returned to our print on demand partner due to an incorrect shipping address, Acroanim is not liable for any additional shipping costs. The buyer may be required to pay extra shipping fees to have the package reshipped.
