Refunds are not offered for digital download products purchased on our website. However, in the event of any technical difficulties with the product, please contact us at our customer service email address, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue

 

Refund Policy

1.We do not offer refunds for digital download purchases

If you encounter any technical difficulties with the digital download, please contact our customer support team at acroanim@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will investigate the issue and if we find that the digital download is defective or corrupt, we will replace the file with another link.

 

2. Duplicate purchase.

If you accidentally purchase the same digital download twice, please contact our customer support team at acroanim@gmail.com within 24 hours of the second purchase. We will investigate the issue and if we find that the second purchase was a duplicate, we will provide a full refund.

 

 3. Non-delivery.

If you have not received access to the digital download within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our customer support team at acroanim@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and if we find that the digital download was not delivered, we will provide an alternate link to download

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons apart from the above mentioned. Also, any refund processed will be made through the original payment method used during purchase.
